Whether you are a seasoned yogi or complete beginner, I will guide you through postures (asanas), breath techniques (pranayama), and relaxation methods that nurture flexibility, strength, and balance in the body and bring a sense of calm to the mind. My classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible. I believe that yoga is for everybody and every body.
About Me
My journey as a yoga instructor began with my training at Seasonal yoga under Julie Hanson in 2016. Here I gained a comprehensive knowledge and set of skills which instilled in me a deep appreciation for the balance between the mind, body and spirit. Since graduating in 2017, I have taught Vinyasa Yoga which practises linking the breath with movement in a flow of yoga postures. Through creative and fluid sequences, I encourage my students to explore their boundaries both physically and mentally while respecting their awareness and limitations of their bodies.
Additionally, I am qualified in Yin yoga and enjoy the strong slow posture holds which can challenge not only the body but also the mind.
My classes are light-hearted and relaxed with the goal of helping you find balance, embrace your inner strength and cultivate a deep sense of wellbeing that extends far beyond the confines of the mat.
