Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure our customers have a hassle-free experience when it comes to cancellations and refunds. Our refund policy is designed to accommodate such situations while ensuring fairness to both our customers and our organization. Please review the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds for our classes:

Free Cancellation Window

Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their booking at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time of the class.

Customers can cancel classes by logging into their account and cancelling the class from their dashboard. Alternatively, customers can contact us directly.

Refund Processing

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 2 - 3 working days from the date of cancellation request. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used.

No-shows and Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the class start time will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, if a customer fails to attend a class without providing any prior notice (a "no-show"), no refund will be issued.

Technical Issues

In the event of technical difficulties that prevent a customer from accessing a class, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. If the technical issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame, a refund may be considered upon customer request.

Instructor Cancellation

In the event that the instructor has cancelled the class, all customers who have booked the class will be notified via email and will be automatically refunded.

Modifications to the Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Changes to the policy will be effective for enrollments made after the policy update date.

By enrolling in our classes, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by this refund and cancellation policy.
